Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Great for a big get together

Makes 4-5 sandwiches

3 cups (180 g) shredded cabbage

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp (30 g) apple cider vinegar

¹⁄₈ tsp black pepper

¹⁄₈ tsp (1 g) salt

Combine all ingredients to make coleslaw

Toast buns.

¹⁄₄ cup (57 g) mayonnaise

¹⁄₄ cup (57 g) mayonnaise

Apply mayonnaise to sandwiches and assemble sandwiches

300 g pulled pork

100 g BBQ sauce

Mix BBQ sauce and pulled pork.
