Remove skin from underside of ribs.
Salt ribs, 1/2 tsp per side.
Apply rub, water first to wet them a bit, 2 Tbsp per side.
Cook ribs at 225
Apply BBQ sauce (1/3 cup per rack) and let caramelize on ribs for about 15 minutes.
